At Bardwell, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery time after your order has been processed is typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $40 or more.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email for the latest delivery updates.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@bardwellskin.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Bardwell is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bardwellskin.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You can also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
